I'm trying to start a tour and i don't have on data base (via simbrief or manual input on MCDU) the airport EGCN.

How can i fly this first leg?

Unfortunately EGCN no longer exists,I believe there was talk of something happening in 2028.

Mark will hopefully change EGCN to EGNM (Leeds/Bradford Airport)
