Schedules greyed out

Please help... I am having a problem with BlueSky where the schedule page is unavailable to me with the search boxes greyed out. So, I used the website to select a scheduled flight and the flight is only showing Flight # and Aircraft - no Departure or Arrival airport. When I click Fly Bid the Pirep is found and I can start the flight which begins recording as usual. However I have flown two flights from LFSB to GMMX after completing the PIREP start menu as described above but both times the flight has not been recorded to the end. After landing and parking I cannot stop the flight nor file the PIREP. Do you have any thoughts on this? Many thanks in advance.

Hi,

Are we talking EZS1157 & EZS1159?

Both flights seem ok to me.

I see you have an outstanding bid for it.Have you another, whereas BS is picking up that flight instead?

Cannot see anything wrong within the schedule.

Have you tried hitting refresh button on BS?

If all else fails can i suggest a re-install of BS

If no joy, give us another shout

Andy

Thanks Andy It was both EZS1157 and 1159 but on seperate flights. I think the outstanding bid is because I had to close BlueSky without saving the flights because the program seemed to have crashed. Just reinstalled BlueSky to a different location on my C; drive and it is working fine now. Thanks for your quick response.

I've just had a similar issue as John with a flight stopping at 77% on Bluesky and so I cannot stop the flight as it tells me I've never landed.  My broadband has been solid throughout as I've been doing other things on another machine and Navigraph has tracked the flight through to landing.  My flight was EJU1668 LEPA-LFMN.  Bluesky stopped recording at 1451Z.
