If you are new to operating the Airbus A319/320/321 family and would appreciate some very useful advice from a real world Airbus Captain then I can recommend this YT channel https://www.youtube.com/@AirbusCockpitCoach  He covers many of the basic tasks in setting up and managing the aircraft properly and safely.

Another great resource is a RW easyJet pilot, Gavin, at easyjetsimpilot on YouTube. He's published an easyJet SOP I have found helpful.
