"Key Practices and Recommendations
Takeoff and Landing: Landing lights are generally turned on when the aircraft is given takeoff clearance (or commencing the takeoff roll at an uncontrolled airport) and remain on until the after-takeoff checklist. For landing, they are typically switched on during the approach or when the landing gear is extended, and turned off after clearing the active runway.
Below 10,000 feet (MSL): The most common "general rule" is to keep landing lights on when operating below 10,000 feet, day or night. This is particularly important in congested airspace or within 10 nautical miles of an airport to increase the aircraft's conspicuity to other pilots and air traffic control, reducing the risk of mid-air collisions.
Commercial Operations: In the U.S., a landing light is required equipment for all commercial flights at night. While regulations may vary by jurisdiction (e.g., EASA, ICAO), most commercial airlines have specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that mandate when lights must be used, often following the "lights on below 10,000 feet" guideline.
Taxiing: Landing lights are typically turned off during taxiing on the ground to prevent flash blindness to ground personnel and other pilots. Taxi lights (which are aimed differently) are used for ground movement.
Adverse Conditions: In certain conditions, like thick fog or heavy clouds, a pilot may turn off the landing lights temporarily if the glare reflects back and impairs their vision2

The limits are set at.....
A319
Landing Lights ON above 12000ft
Landing Lights OFF below 8000ft
A320
Landing Lights ON above 11500ft
Landing Lights OFF below 8500ft
A321
Landing Lights ON above 11500ft
Landing Lights OFF below 8500ft
If I remember correctly it as something to do with FSUIPC not reading it correctly.
Mark can tell you better than i can.
I have looked at most of my PIREPS, i get the same thing. I personally don't worry about it too much.
However, if you want Mark to take a look at it please feel free to repost a request.
Regards

Many Thanks,
Mark.
