I have a quick question regarding PIREP submissions.
I am currently flying with MSFS 2024 and noticed that BlueSky seems to require FSUIPC in order to connect properly. Since I do not own FSUIPC and the current price of around €35 is a bit too expensive for me just for ACARS functionality, I wanted to ask:
Is submitting PIREPs manually still fully acceptable, or is the use of BlueSky considered mandatory for regular operations?
I am happy to follow the preferred procedure, but I would like to make sure that manual PIREPs are still allowed long-term if ACARS is not an option.
