The fundamentals are the same in terms of powering up, the EFB etc. The biggest change is in the MCDU which is operated with your mouse and relies on a lot of drop down menu items. It's worth looking a a YT video or two to watch how this works before trying it yourself. BTW - there are a LOT of fuel pumps to turn on! There's a bit of set up recquired in your Control Settings too. You need to bind Engines 1 and 2 to the left throittle and 3 and 4 to the right throttle plus the same with the engine switches.
Try it out. What's the worst that can happen? You lose a couple of hours of your time. I love broadening my experience of a different airframe without having to go all ''Boeing'!
